Tolay Productions is based on Martha’s Vineyard and in Boston, Massachusetts, and we film weddings throughout New England and beyond. Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, Cape Cod, Boston, and destinations across New England are all familiar territory, but we’re always open to traveling for weddings wherever your celebration takes you.

Yes! While we're based on Martha's Vineyard and Boston, we're always excited to travel for weddings.

We film throughout Massachusetts and New England, and we're completely open to destination weddings anywhere. If you're planning a wedding somewhere we've never filmed before, even better! We love the opportunity to experience somewhere new and tell a story in a different environment.

We approach every wedding with a documentary mindset and a cinematic eye. We’re looking for the moments that actually feel like you, the way your friends react during a toast, a quiet moment with your parents, the energy on the dance floor, or something completely unexpected that happens in between.

We don’t want your wedding film to feel staged or overly produced. Our goal is to create something honest, emotional, cinematic, and completely personal to your wedding.

Yes. We have several collections to choose from, but we're always happy to customize coverage based on your wedding and what matters most to you.

Whether you want additional coverage, multiple events, drone footage, full ceremony and speeches, raw footage, or something completely different, we can build a collection around your plans.

Our standard delivery times range from 90-120 days. However, the wedding short and/or highlight film will be completed in the first 20-40 days. We want to ensure that we put our love and attention into every film we create, which is why post production can take some time.

Yes! Drone footage is one of our favorite ways to establish a wedding's setting and give a film a real sense of place.

Especially on Martha's Vineyard, Cape Cod, Nantucket, and other coastal destinations, aerial footage can be incredible for showing the landscape, venue, coastline, and scale of the celebration.

Drone coverage is always dependent on weather, venue restrictions, location, and applicable regulations.

Yes. We offer raw footage as an add on for couples who want to keep an archive of everything captured throughout the day.

If having all of the footage for your own archive is important to you, we're happy to include it in your proposal.

We can set up a phone call or video chat and talk through your plans, your venue, what you're envisioning for the film, and any questions you have. It doesn't need to feel like a formal sales call, we genuinely want to get to know you and make sure we're a good fit.

Not much at all. We want you to experience your wedding day rather than spend it performing for a camera.

There will naturally be moments when we’ll give you a little direction or help you find beautiful light, but most of what we capture happens naturally. Some of our favorite footage comes from simply letting you be yourselves.

You're definitely not alone! Most people aren't used to having cameras around all day!

The good news is that we're not looking for you to perform. We'll give you direction when it's helpful, but most of the day we're simply observing and anticipating moments as they happen.

By the time the wedding is underway, our hope is that you barely notice we're there.
